System Analyst: Full-Time Remote Project
Remote opportunity for an Epic Beacon Certified Pharmacist to serve as an oncology pharmacist expert for build, system testing, and go-live planning and support during implementation of the Epic Beacon oncology system, and as the primary Beacon system expert post-implementation. This unique pharmacist role will blend an understanding of site-based clinical and operational oncology practices with Beacon expertise to bridge the gap between sites and the IS team.

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 6 months

100% Remote

Requirements:

  • Partner with pharmacy and clinical service line leadership to understand both clinical and operational practice needs, strategies and support.
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of the Epic Beacon module alongside other site-based oncology-trained pharmacists, encompassing both clinical and operational project needs.
  • Lead workgroups to move forward with completed deliverables, measurable outcomes and process metrics.
  • Track completion of situations/issues to resolution.
  • Partner with pharmacy and oncology clinical service line leaders for project success.
  • Maintain the Beacon module post-implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional workgroups.
  • Identify and document end-user requirements, including but not limited to technical feasibility/build and consultation of vendor resources.
  • Recommend process and workflow modifications based on gathered requirements and design solutions.
  • Facilitate and participate in design sessions with end-users, vendors and peers.
  • Document current and future state workflows and gap analysis.
  • Facilitate requirements, design and functionality options review with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in test script development/maintenance and testing activities.
  • Adhere to established change, release, problem and incident management processes.
  • Complete service request fulfillment and process optimization.
  • Build, configure, and validate pharmacy-specific clinical tools, medications, and other relevant pharmacy configurations.
  • Provide primary analysis and design for core Beacon application upgrades.

Epic Beacon Research Protocol Analyst: Full-Time Remote Project

We are currently seeking an Epic Beacon Research Protocol and Smartset Build to join our team for a client implementation

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 6 months

Requirements:

  • Provide Build for Beacon Research Protocols and Smartsets.
  • Testing and Design of Beacon Research Protocols and Smartsets.
  • Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of Healthcare Information Systems, with at least Two (2) years of Project Management expertise, leading Cerner® implementations, including the management of all implementation phases from start to finish
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management experience; preferably in the Healthcare IT field
  • Expert skills in creating and executing a Project Plan, and providing the required management and leadership to bring successful implementation rollouts from Project Kick-off to Project Closure
  • Proven experience with the Management of Project Timeline during execution
  • Ability and willingness to travel weekly to and from customer site as required by the customer – typical schedule is Monday through Thursday on-site
