Support Center Services

HPG's Support Center Services are provided to our Customers that need assistance for maintenance activities/tasks for all Cerner Millennium® Applications.

There are many reasons why our Customers contract with our Support Center. Here are a few examples of the types of problems HPG's Support Center helps solve for our customers:

My internal staff is covering new implementations and production support at the same time. As a result, they are pushed and pulled in different directions almost on a daily basis because of conflicting priorities and urgencies. I would prefer to have my internal staff primarily focused on new implementations that are strategic to our health system’s future…

My internal support staff is limited and I cannot keep up with the backlog, which continues to build…

We have strong internal expertise in some areas, but others need strengthening on a longer term basis because we have not been successful in maintaining internal support in those areas…

We consistently and collaboratively solve Support Center issues with our Customers. HPG provides our Support Center services through a team of HPG Millennium application experts who supplement or “augment” our Customers internal IT Staff. The HPG Support Center Team provides support services according to detailed Service Level Definitions mutually agreed to with our Customers as the center of our partnership. Services are contracted on a monthly subscription basis to make our relationship easy to set up and manage together and is tailored to fit your needs.
